The value of peer coaching

For much of the past year, I've taken part in a peer coaching programme started by Mica Vaipan, called Run Yourself.

I've found peer coaching valuable two-fold:

  1. Being coached: I believe coaching is an effective way to improve self awareness and change behaviour.
  2. Becoming a better coach: Similarly, I feel that being a coach is a skillset that can be useful in many situations, such as in any management or leadership position, particularly when working with senior colleagues.

The deadline to join the November cohort of RunYourself is 7th November. If you are interested in joining the waitlist, head to their website.
